Not every job opportunity is a good fit for your long-term career plans. Research the employer on the web, and ask around about their brand and reputation. You can avoid a lot of blood, sweat, and tears if you're clear about their business practices and corporate culture before you walk into the interview. If it doesn't go well, don't blame yourself.
